The shelving that we got (I think these are also sometimes called “project boards”) was about 16″ wide and we just measured it to run the length of the room.
It’s pretty great, if I do say so myself.I love how the semi-transparent stain gives it such a rich color, but still lets the character of the barn wood shine through.

Only bring out a few colors of paint for this project.That way, no matter what kind of creations your kids come up with, it will still be a look you love.
I used a couple of different fresh greens, and a white..
